July 6, 2017 - ESFD responded automatic-aid to assist Ramseur Fire with a working house fire on Coleridge Rd. Units arrived to
find heavy fire showing from the second floor of a large, two-story residential structure. Crews operated for three hours assisting
with fire attack and overhaul operations. Chief 4 (Ledwell) held command. E-142, T-194, Ramseur Fire, Franklinville Fire, Staley
Fire, RCEMS, RCFMO, and RPD operated on the scene.





June 30, 2017 - ESFD responded to the 500 block of Woodlawn St. for a reported gas leak. E-141 arrived to find a cut gas line in
a structure that was being demolished. Crews stoodby with a charged attack line until the leak was controlled by Piedmont Natural
Gas. SQ-246 was also on scene.





June 29, 2017 - E-192 responded to assist Asheboro FD with a working house fire on Greystone Rd. yesterday evening. ESFD
provided manpower to relieve crews operating on the scene. Car 1 (Chief Way) held command.

March 31, 2017 - ESFD responded to a structure fire on Old Asheboro Rd. E-141 arrived to find an outbuilding fully involved.
Crews quickly extinguished the fire preventing damage to nearby property. Along with ESFD, Seagrove T-65 and RCFMO were
also on scene.




March 16, 2017 - ESFD responded to a reported house fire in the 2600 block of Buffalo Ford Rd. E-241 and TL-248 arrived to
find smoke showing from a one-story wood-frame residence. Crews located a fire in and around the furnace and quickly
extinguished. E-141, E-192, WSFD T-134, and RCFMO also operated on the scene.

March 6, 2017 - ESFD responded to assist Ulah Fire with a working structure fire on William Dr. Crews assisted with
extinguishment and overhaul operations. E-142, T-144, T-194, Westside Fire, RCEMS, and RCFMO operated on the scene.






February 24, 2017 - ESFD responded to assist Asheboro Fire with a multi-alarm fire on Carl Dr. AFD units encountered two large
piles of recycled material on fire with extension to a large industrial building. E-142 and TL-248 operated on Northwood Dr. with
AFD E-12. Tower 248 was used in conjunction with AFD Tower 18 for aerial master stream operations. Due to the large amount of
fire, ESFD operated for over 8 hours before being released. Car 1 (Lewis) held command. Westside Fire, Ulah Fire,
Randleman-Sophia Fire, RCEMS, RCEM, APD, and many other agencies operated on this fire.






February 22, 2017 - ESFD responded to a traffic accident on Highway 42 S. near Miles Moffitt Rd. E-142 and SQ-246 arrived to
find a head-on collision with both drivers trapped. Along with Ash-Rand Rescue 1, crews quickly extricated both patients. RCEMS
and SHP also operated on the scene.





February 19, 2017 - ESFD operated on a single vehicle accident on Pine Hill Rd. Crews mitigated vehicle hazards and assisted
RCEMS with patient care. Ash-Rand Rescue and SHP were also on scene.






February 13, 2017 - ESFD responded as part of the second alarm to assist Westside Fire with a working structure fire on
Morningdew Dr. T-144 and T-194 assisted with water supply operations for several hours. AC-23 (Lamonds) held command.
Tabernacle Fire, Farmer Fire, Sophia Fire, Guil-Rand Fire, RCMES, and RCFMO also operated on the scene.





February 9, 2017 - ESFD responded to a traffic accident involving a tractor trailer on Highway 64 E. at E. Presnell St. E-191
arrived to find a tractor trailer carrying trash on its side with no injuries. Crews controlled a fuel leak and stoodby until DOT could
arrive. E-142, SQ-246, and SHP operated on the scene.







February 1, 2017 - ESFD responded to an outbuilding fire on Rainbow Trl. Units arrived to find a large outbuilding fully involved
with exposures. An attack line was qiuckly placed in service knocking down the fire and preventing further extension. 24-A
(Husband) held command. E-141, T-194, E-241, SQ-246, Franklinville Fire, Seagrove Fire, Coleridge-Erect Fire, RCEMS, Aand
RCFMO operated on the scene.





December 28, 2016 - ESFD responded to a vehicle fire at the intersection of Woodfern Rd. and Osborn Mill Rd. E-192 arrived to
find a commercial tractor/mower fully involved. Crews quickly extinguished the fire. T-144 and E-241 also operated on the scene.








December 28, 2016 - ESFD assisted Franklinville Fire with a working structure fire on Highway 64 E. at Rocky Knoll Rd. Units
arrived to find heavy fire showing from a vacant residence. Crews assisted with extinguishment, overhaul, and water supply.
E-142, T-144, and T-194 operated for several hours.





December 18, 2016 - ESFD responded to a single vehicle accident in the 800 block of Luck Rd. E-142, E-192, SQ-246, RCEMS,
and SHP operated on the scene.





November 25, 2016 - ESFD assisted Coleridge Fire with a working garage fire on Macon Farm Rd. T-194s crew of six assisted
with extinguishment and overhaul. Franklinville Fire, Bennet Fire, RCEMS, and RCFMO were also on scene.





November 10, 2016E-142 and SQ-246 responded to a two-vehicle accident on E. Presnell St. at Gold Hill Rd. RCEMS and SHP
were also on scene.





October 29, 2016 - E-192 and SQ-246 responded to a single vehicle accident on Little Beane Store Rd. RCEMS and SHP were
also on scene.





October 25, 2016 - T-144 responded at the request of Moore County to assist with a commercial structure fire in Carthage.
ESFD personnel relieved crews and performed overhaul operations before being released. Other Randolph County departments
also assisted on the scene.

October 22, 2016 - ESFD responded to an ATV accident at the intersection of Young Rd. and Cox Brothers Rd. Due to patient
injuries, an on-scene landing zone was established for UNC Aircare. E-192, SQ-246, RCEMS, and SHP operated on the scene.

October 13, 2016 - ESFD responded to a traffic accident in the 2700 block of Buffalo Ford Rd. SQ-246 arrived to find a two
vehicle accident. Crews removed the drivers side door of one vehicle to make patient access. Crews also mitigated vehicle
hazards and assisted with patient care. E-191, RCEMS, and SHP were also on scene.





September 28, 2016 - ESFD responded to a traffic accident on Grantville Ln at Bethel Friends Rd. E-192 arrived to find one
vehicle on its side with the driver entrapped. Crews flapped the roof to extricate the driver. 24-A (Husband) held command. T-144,
Ash-Rand Rescue 2, RCEMS, and SHP were also on scene.







September 23, 2016 - ESFD responded to a vehicle roll-over with no injuries on Henley Country Rd. T-144, RCEMS, and SHP
operated on the scene.




September 21, 2016 - ESFD operated on a vehicle accident on Highway 42 S. at Brownstone Hills Dr. E-142 arrived to find one
vehicle down the embankment with no injuries. E-241, SQ-246, RCEMS, and SHP were also on scene.




September 4, 2016 - ESFD responded to assist Ramseur fire with a reported structure fire on Woodell Ave. Chief 4 arrived to
find heavy fire showing from a single-story wood-frame residence. ESFD crews assisted with fire attack and overhaul. Chief 4
(Ledwell) held command. E-142, T-194, TL-248, Franklinville Fire, RCEMS, RPD, and RCFMO were also on scene.

August 19, 2016 - ESFD responded to a reported house fire in the 1100 block of Gold Hill Rd. Units arrived to find heavy fire
showing from the garage. Two attack lines were placed in service knocking down the bulk of the fire and keeping fire damage
confined to the garage area. The rest of the house suffered heat and smoke damage. 24-A (Husband) held command.
Franklinville Fire, Westside Fire, RCEMS, and RCFMO were also on scene. Apparatus: E-192, T-194, E-241, TL-248, FFD E-82,

August 8, 2016 - ESFD responded to a traffic accident on Old Cedar Falls Rd. SQ-246 arrived to find one vehicle off the roadway
with the driver pinned. Crews, along with Ash-Rand Rescue 1, extricated the patient by removing the roof. 19-D (Stowe) held
command. E-192, RCEMS, and SHP were also on scene. Due to patient injuries, a landing zone was established for Baptist
AirCare at the nearby RCC training center by Franklinville Fire E-82. 24-A (Husband) held LZ command.





July 24, 2016 - ESFD assisted Franklinville Fire with a working mobile home fire on Ramseur Julian Rd. E-142 and T-194
responded with crews assisting with extinguishment and overhaul operations. Staley Fire, RCEMS, and RCFMO also operated on
the scene.

July 21, 2016 - ESFD responded to a reported structure fire in the 4400 block of NC Highway 42 S. E-191 arrived to find smoke
showing from a single story wood-frame residence. Crews quickly located and extinguished a fire in the laundry room, checked for
extension, and performed ventilation. 24-A (Husband) held command. T-194, E-241, TL-248, Franklinville Fire, Seagrove Fire,
Coleridge Fire, RCEMS, and RCFMO also operated on the scene.





July 11, 2016 - ESFD responded to assist Seagrove Fire with a commercial structure fire on N. Broad St. E-61 arrived to find a
fire in the dust collector. TL-248 was utilized to gain access to the collector and extinguish the fire. T-144 and T-194 provided
water supply. 6-S (Trogdon) held command. Ulah Fire, Westside Fire, Coleridge-Erect Fire, RCEMS, and RCFMO also operated
on the scene.




July 5, 2016 - ESFD responded to a traffic accident on Henley Country Rd. T-144 arrived to find one vehicle off the roadway.
Crews assisted RCEMS with patient care and mitigated vehicle hazards. 14-C (Brown) held command. SQ-246 and SHP were also
on scene. Due to patient injuries, a landing zone was established for UNC AirCare at the nearby RCC training center by
